The Labour Market Demands arm of WORC has the vision to achieve full and productive employment of a globally competitive Caymanian workforce and a mission to provide accurate, timely and insightful data on the labour needs of the Cayman Islands.
Three (3) Strategic Goals:- Strategic Goal 1: Provide labour market information for the educational and training needs of Caymanians
- Strategic Goal 2: Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with government, private sector and other entities
- Strategic Goal 3: Develop key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate staff performance against targets
