Using WORC online sites and portals

By accessing and using WORC websites/portals you understand and agree to be bound to the website’s terms and conditions.  You will not use WORC websites/portals for any illegal or unauthorised purpose and your use of the site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.  We reserve the right to update the site at any time, for any reason without notice. It is your responsibility to check back from time to time to remain informed and up-to-date. You will agree to any changes if you continue using WORC websites/portals after the terms and conditions have been updated.

Linking To The Website

Linking to WORC websites/portals is welcomed and encouraged. Permission is not required to link directly to pages hosted on this site. However, pages must not be loaded into frames on your site. WORC pages must load into the user's entire window.
You must ask for permission to:

  • say your website is associated with or endorsed by WORC

WORC websites/portals may have links to websites that are owned and managed by other government ministries, departments, statutory authorities, government-owned companies, service providers or other organisations. The Cayman Islands Government is not responsible for the contents or reliability of linked websites. Listing should not be taken as endorsement of any kind since we do not have any control over the content on other websites.  You agree to release the Cayman Islands Government from any claims or disputes that may come from using or the inability to use these sites. Please be aware of the terms and conditions, privacy and other such policies that apply to these websites.
 

Virus Protection

We make every effort to check and test material on WORC websites/portals. It is always wise for you to run an anti-virus programme on all material downloaded from the Internet. The Cayman Islands Government is not responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using WORC websites/portals and materials derived from it.
 

Viruses, Hacking And Other Offences

You must not attack WORC websites/portals in any way. You must not introduce malicious or technologically harmful material.
