MEDIA NOTICE
Grand Cayman, 10 April 2024 – Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) advises customers that if your application has been refused by the Board, it is considered finalised and the customer does not need to complete the A11-Cancellation Form.
Customers are reminded that work permits which have been refused and a refund is in order, this will be processed automatically through WORC’s internal business process and mailed out to the address on file.
For customers whose applications have not been refused by the Board and they want to cease or withdraw the employee’s work permit, you must then submit an A11-Cancellation Form.
