Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, 17 July 2025 –Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) has an important announcement for the public, including employment agents and representatives: The Temporary Work Permit (TWP) Form has been updated.
Effective August 1, 2025, it is crucial to use only the most current and approved forms when submitting applications and documents. Utilising outdated versions may lead to unnecessary delays, incomplete submissions, or even the rejection of applications.
To avoid these issues and ensure accuracy and compliance, WORC encourages all clients to verify that they are using the most recent version of the forms available on the WORC website (www.worc.ky) before making any submissions.
These changes were made to ensure that decision makers are provided with as much relevant information as possible to support thorough and well-informed decisions. The revised form and updated requirements are part of WORC’s commitment to accountability, good governance, and improved service delivery.
