Booking an appointment

To make an appointment for the issuance of the Cayman Islands Identification Card: My eID

  1. Go to My Applications
  2. Click Schedule Appointment
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

For users on a mobile phone, you may need to turn your phone sideways in portrait mode to see the full booking screen.

Rescheduling an appointment

To reschedule an existing appointment:

  1. Go to My Applications
  2. Cancel your current appointment
  3. Click Schedule Appointment - select a new date and time

My Applications

The My Applications page displays a list of applications and requests you have submitted using your eServices Sign In account.

From this page, you can:

  • View the status of your existing applications

  • Manage your My eID appointment

Book an Appointment

To make an appointment for the issuance of the Cayman Islands Identification Card (My eID), click New Appointment and follow the on-screen instructions.

Reschedule an Appointment

To reschedule an existing appointment, first cancel your current appointment, then click New Appointment to select a new date and time.

You must be logged in with your eServices Sign In account to access the My Applications page.
