Appeal to the Ombudsman

If you are dissatisfied with the internal review of our decision, or an internal review was not available, you can seek an appeal from the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is the independent watchdog over Government in the Cayman Islands and protector of the public. They investigate and act on complaints about Government, police, requests for records, misuse of personal data, and whistleblower disclosures. Click here for the Ombudsman office.
