Complaint Response Unsatisfactory

If you have followed the complaints process and are still dissatisfied with WORC’s response, you can ask The Ombudsman to review the decision.

  • The Ombudsman is an independent office of the Cayman Islands Legislative Assembly who investigates allegations of maladministration causing injustice to the person who has complained.
  • You must have attempted to resolve any issue through the WORC’s Complaints Policy before contacting The Ombudsman.
